| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 상담자들이 다문화 상담을 진행하는 과정에서 어떠한 윤리 적 딜레마를 경험하고, 딜레마 상황에서 어떠한 대처를 하고 있는지 이해하는 것이다. 이 를 위해서 다문화 상담 경험이 있는 상담자 14명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하고, 수집된 자료를 합의적 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 상담자들이 다문화 상 담을 진행하면서 경험하는 윤리적 딜레마는 전문가 태도, 사회적 책임, 내담자 복지와 권 리 존중, 상담관계, 정보 보호 및 관리, 심리평가의 총 6개 영역, 15개 범주로 도출되었 다. 또한 윤리적 딜레마에 대처하는 방법은 대내외 협력 및 구조 명확화, 교육 및 지식 탐구, 다양한 자원 활용, 내담자의 요구와 맥락을 존중하며 상담 진행, 역할 확장과 과정 조율, 상담자 자기 성찰의 6개 영역, 13개 범주로 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다 문화 상담 장면에서의 윤리적 딜레마를 이해하고 대처방안에 대한 시사점을 제언하였다. | - |
