- Abstract
- Abstract In response to the declining school-age population and regional depopulation, universities are increasingly expected to serve as educational hubs and providers of lifelong education to public. This study examines 15 community-linked Edu-Vacation programs operated by the College of Marine Sciences at G University performed from late 2024 to early 2025 as a Glocal University 30 project. The programs, categorized into academic, occupational, and cultural-artistic education, were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Results show that participants reported high satisfaction with the quality of education and expressed strong interest in locally tailored programs offered by the university. Based on the findings, the study suggests practical models for sustainable university lifelong education that responds to regional needs.
