| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 재해재난 시 긴급하게 활용되는 이동식 모듈러 건축물의 재사용율을 향상시키기 위한 전략으로 IPA(Importance- Performance Analysis) 분석을 적용하였다. 모듈러 유닛의 주요 속성과 이용자 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하여, 유지보수 용이 성, 구조적 내구성, 조립·해체의 편의성 등에서 개선 필요 요소를 도출하였다. 설문조사는 재난구호기관, 건설전문가, 현장 관리자 등을 대상으로 수행하였고, 분석 결과는 향후 설계 및 표준화 방안 마련에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. | - |
