초·중등 교원의 심리적 안녕감 분석: 실태, 저해 요인 및 지원 방안

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 초·중등 교원의 심리적 안녕감 실태를 분석하고 이를 지원하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 시도되었다. 분석을 위해 18개 시·군 교육지원청 소속 초·중등학교에 근무하고 있는 교원 2,609명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 원인과 심층적인 결과 추론을 위한 반구조화 질문지를 사용하였으며 전문가 자문회의를 개최하였다. 분석 결과, 교원의 심리적 안녕감은 보통 수준(3.08)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 안녕감은 성별, 결혼여부, 교원자격, 교직경력, 교원구분에 있어 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 저해 요인은 주변인(학생, 학부모, 동료교사, 관리자)과의 관계와 행정업무로 인한 직무 스트레스 등에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 교원의 심리적 안녕감 지원 사항으로 불필요한 행정업무 감소, 학생·학부모의 인성(부모)교육 강화 및 교권침해에 대한 법적인 조치, 교원성과급 및 교원능력평가제 폐지, 심리치유휴가제, 심리역량 계발, 교권보호조례 제정 등이 요구되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 초·중등 교원 심리적 안녕감에 대한 여러 지원 방안이 논의되었다. | - |
