- Abstract
- 본 연구는 공공임대아파트의 고령자 증가에도 불구하고 미흡한 범죄예방 환경에서 나타나는 문제를 분석하고 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 노후화된 보행 환경과 미흡한 단지 경계·출입구 관리는 고령자의 공적영역 접근성을 저하시키고 사회적 교류 감소를 초래하여 범죄 불안감을 높였으며, 특히 조명 부족과 부적절한 시설물 디자인이 안전 및 긴급 상황 대응 능력을 약화시키는 것으로 나타나 자연적 감시, 무장애 설계, 명료성 강화, 유지관리 개선 등 종합적인 대책이 필요함을 제시하였다.
