- Abstract
- 본 연구는 영아 어머니의 양육 스트레스가 산후 우울에 미치는 영향에서 모성 정체성의 매개효과를 검증하고, 이 과정에서 자기분화의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 전국 19세 이상 49세 미만의 출산 후 12개월 이내 영아 어머니 278명의 연구결과를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 주요 변인 간에 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 양육 스트레스가 산후 우울에 미치는 영향을 모성 정체성이 부분 매개하였다. 셋째, 양육 스트레스가 모성 정체성에 미치는 영향을 자기분화가 조절하였다. 넷째, 양육 스트레스가 모성 정체성을 매개로 산후 우울에 미치는 간접효과를 자기분화가 조절하는 조절된 매개효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통해 영아 어머니의 산후 우울 감소를 위해 모성 정체성의 강화를 돕는 개입이 필요하며, 자기분화를 증진하는 상담 및 교육 프로그램이 효과적인 보호 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
