- Abstract
- 인구구조 고령화로 공적연금의 지속가능성이 위협받고 있는 상황에서 공적연금 일원화와같은 근본적인 연금개혁의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2022년 사립학교교직원실태조사를 활용하여 특수직역연금 가입자 중 사학연금 가입자 특성별 공적연금일원화와 관련한 인식을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 노후 생활비 충족도와 국민연금 대비특수직역연금의 혜택이 높다고 응답한 가입자일수록 공적연금 일원화에 반대하는 경향이나타났다. 향후 공적연금 일원화 추진 과정에서 제도 간 형평성뿐만 아니라 특수직역연금 가입자의노후 소득 다양화를 위한 구조적 연금개혁 방안 마련이 필요하다.
