- Abstract
- 은둔형 외톨이와 같은 정신 건강 위험군의 조기 발견 및 개입을 목표로, 사용자의 일상 기록에 대한 AI 감정 분석을 기반으로 하는 웹 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 플랫폼은 기존의 비대면 상담 서비스가 사용자가 적극적으로 상담을 신청해야 하는 한계를 극복하기 위해 가볍게 작성하는 일상 기록에 대한 AI 감정 분석 결과로 제한된 전문가 집단이 효율적으로 위험군을 탐지하고 피드백을 제공할 수 있도록 설계 되었다. 감정 분석을 위한 모델은 KLUE-RoBERTa을 Binary Relevance Approach 방식으로 학습시켜 복합적인 감정이 포함된 문장에도 대응할 수 있도록 하였다. 감정 분석 모델의 성능 평가와 실제 실행 화면을 제시하며 플랫폼의 실효성을 평가한다. 접근성이 높은 웹 환경을 통해 사회적 고립 및 우울증 위험군에 대한 조기 발견과 정신 건강 문제 해결에 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.
