- Abstract
- 본 연구는 마취간호 실습교육프로그램이 회복마취간호사의 임파워먼트, 마취장비 실습교육 중요도와 수행도, 근거기반 실무 수행에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험설계연구이다. 전국의 회복마취간호사 54명을 대상으로 23년 3월부터 12월까지 구글설문지로 자료를 수집하였고, 자료는 SPSS 27.0 버젼을 이용하여 기술통계, repeated mesures ANOVA 등으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 마취간호 실습교육프로그램에 참여한 실험군의 임파워먼트(F=8.82, p=.005), 마취장비실습교육의 수행도(F=4.23, p=.045), 근거기반 실무 수행(F=9.48, p=.003)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 급속히 발전하는 의료장비에 대한 지속적인 교육과 실습이 필수적이며, 특히 비침습적인 환자상태 모니터링 기술의 지속적인 변화에 따라 간호에 활용을 제언하는 바이다.
