- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국직업능력연구원 한국교육고용패널Ⅱ(KEEPⅡ: Korean Education & Employment Panel Ⅱ) 자료 중 2차(2018년)와 7차(2023년) 데이터를 활용하여 직업계고 진로경험(‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 진로교육/활동, 창의적 체험활동)과 일자리 만족도 관계에 대학 만족도, 대학의 진로 및 취창업 서비스 만족도가 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 직업계고 재학 시 ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 진로교육/활동, 창의적 체험활동 세 가지 경험이 모두 현재 일자리 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 진로교육/활동, 창의적 체험활동 세 가지 경험이 모두에서 대학 만족도의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 셋째, 진로교육/활동과 창의적 체험활동에서 대학의 진로 및 취창업 서비스 만족도 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 대학 만족도와 대학에서 경험한 진로 및 취창업 서비스에 대한 만족도가 직업계고 졸업생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.
