- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국의 다세대주택에서 물리적 환경이 절도 발생에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 기준에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 감시 및 접근통제 요인이 다세대주택에서의 절도 발생에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석했다. 분석 결과, 출입구의 배치와 같은 건축계획적 요소는 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 설비적 요소는 획일적인 적용 기준보다 공간 특성에 따른 기준 마련의 필요성이 나타났다.
