| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 학교시설의 성능을 평가할 수 있는 지표 및 방법을 도출하고 대상 학교에 적용하여 활용성을 검증하였다. 평가지표는 통합정보망의 연계를 고려하여 8개로 제안하였다. 성능평가 방법은 개축비 대비 차년도 학교시설 성능 회복을 위한 유지보수, 수리와 교체 비용을 예측 및 비교하는 것으로 설정하였다. SFCI 평가 결과는 5단계로 구분되며, 결과에 따라 예산 투입의 우선순위를 정할 수 있다. 마지막으로 대상 학교 3개를 선정하고, SFCI를 적용한 결과 학교별 성능개선을 위한 대상 및 세부 항목들을 확인하였다. | - |
