- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 여러 윤리원칙들 중에서 디지털 시대에 새롭게 강조되고 있는 투명성의 원칙에 대해서 고찰하였다. 투명성의 원칙은 인공지능 알고리즘의 불투명성으로 인해서 앞으로 인공지능이 발달하면 할수록 더 중시되는 윤리원칙이다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 신뢰할 수 있는 인공지능의 조건으로서 윤리원칙들과 투명성의 원칙의 관계를 살펴보았다. 다음으로 인공지능윤리에서 투명성의 요청이유로 싱귤래러티와 공포의 발견술을 제시하였다. 투명성의 실천 주체는 인간과 인공지능으로 나누어 보고 투명성의 실천 방향을 제시하였다. 인공지능의 오남용, 설계 오류, 의도하지 않은 부작용 등으로 인한 개인과 사회적 손실에 대한 예방은 인공지능 이해관계자들의 투명성 원칙의 실천으로 가능하다고 본다.
