dc.description.abstractThis paper explores the impact of the antenna group delay variation (AGDV) induced error on the advanced receiver autonomous integrity monitoring (ARAIM). We modeled the AGDV error as a random process sigma term in the protection level computation by overbounding AGDV observables analyzed within the European Dual Frequency Multipath Model for Aviation (DUFMAN) project. It was found from 99.5% availability simulations that the worst impact of AGDV error contribution resulted in about 7% availability loss for the recent Galileo SARPs update, which might not be marginal.-
