수상레저기구의 안전사고 감소를 위한「수상레저안전법」개정 방향에 대한 고찰 - 교육, 시험 및 관리를 중심으로 -

Abstract

This study looked at the registration status of the power-driven water leisure craft and the number of safety accidents over the last three years, focusing on the「Water-related Leisure Activities Safety Act」, which is increasing every year. And as the population and activities of marine leisure increased, fundamental and realistic problems were found by examining and analyzing the causes and results of safety accidents that are increasing. I would like to propose a revision of the current「Water-related Leisure Activities Safety Act」to reduce human and material damage as much as possible, increase safe and enjoyable water-related leisure activities and develop various marine leisure cultures.
