| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 셉테드 인증의 효과 규명을 위해서, 인증(2)과 비인증 아파트 단지(4)를 조사한 결과 인증 단지의 범죄예방 환경 및 거주 만족도가 높았다. 인증 기준은 반 공적영역에 포함된 기준이 많았는데, 이에 따라 인증 단지의 해당 영역에서 이용 빈도 및 이웃교류가 많고 범죄 불안감은 낮았다. 이러한 차이는 범죄 불안감과도 연계된다. 셉테드 인증으로 범죄예방 환경에 대한 만족도가 높아지면 범죄 불안감은 낮아지고, 공간 이용이 활성화되면서 거주 만족도 역시 높아지는 효과가 있다고 판단된다. | - |
