| dc.description.abstract | This study is based on a big data analysis of the process of spreading public opinion on specific issues in the region based on the innovation diffusion network. The main reason for the research issue is 2015 festival monetization and the installation of the shield. For analysis, from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018. we conducted keyword frequency and keyword network analysis through Naver News articles, Google Trends, and Naver Trends. As a result of the analysis of the frequency of the keyword, the incidence of the issue appeared compared to the stabilizer (2014) the frequency of the keyword appeared, the next year appeared a phenomenon that citizens and tourists turned away from the festival, the highest in 2017, amplified by the controversy, and the change of the head of the agency by reverting to the existing policy, public opinion appeared to regain the original. This showed a similar pattern in the analysis of the title and content of the news articles, and it was confirmed that the words that become the issue continued to emerge and the frequency and network index increased. Although the small issues in the region take a long time, information is spread based on the theory of the Innovation And Proliferation Network, and the agenda stipulated in this process is accepted and publicized through information dissemination, which can be seen in the form of public opinion or institutional change. | - |
