| dc.description.abstract | 모듈러 건축은 대부분의 공정을 제작 공장에서 수행함으로써 많은 장점들을 가지고 있지만, 작업 특성으로 인해 제작단계와 시공단계에서 발생할 수 있는 안전사고가 존재한다. 모듈러 건축의 안전관리를 위하여 사고 사례를 통한 사고 유형 및 원인을 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국OSHA의 모듈러 건축 관련 안전사고 사례를 근본원인분석 절차에 따라 사고 유형 및 원인을 분석하였다. 모듈러 건축의 안전성에 대하여 검토를 하였고, 작업별 사고 유형, 사고원인, 저감방안을 제시함으로써 모듈러 건축의 안전관리를 위한 자료로 사용될 수 있다. | - |
