사례관리에 관한 연구동향: 언어 네트워크 분석과 토픽모델링 활용

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 언어 네트워크 분석과 토픽모델링, 내용분석을 통해 국내에서 발간된 사례관리에 관한 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 연구 방향을 논의하는데 있다. 이를 위해 학술지에 게재된 논문 426편을 최종 선정, NetMiner 4를 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과로는 첫째, 사례관리 연구는 증가추세를 보였고, 4기(2017-2023)에 전체 논문의 34.5%가 발표되었다. 둘째, 언어 네트워크 분석한 결과 사례관리자가 1순위 핵심어로 나타났고, ‘경험, 지역사회, 실천’ 등이 핵심어로 나타났다. 셋째, 토픽모델링 분석결과, ‘실천경험, 효과성, 공공/통합사례관리/전달체계/법, 실천과정 및 네트워크, 운영체계 및 제도구축, 역할수행 및 영향요인’으로 6개 토픽이 도출되었다. 주요 연구결과를 바탕으로 제안한 향후 연구 과제는 클라이언트 대상, 운영체계 구성요인 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 등이었다. 본 연구는 사례관리 연구를 위한 시사점을 제공하고, 향후 연구 방향성을 도출하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. | - |
