| dc.description.abstract | 20세기 협동조합 운동을 통해 절대빈곤의 해결, 신분 질서의 철폐, 그리고 미신의 추방과 합리성의 획득 등 큰틀에서해결되었다. 본연구는영국과미국 협동조합의실제와문제점을파악하고개선하여우리나라실 정에맞는협동조합활성화방향과시사점을제시하는데목적이있다. 위의연구에대해다음과같은시사점이나타났다.첫째,조합원및조합원의사업이용에관한규정에서노 동자협동조합,사회적협동조합,이용자협동조합(가공협동조합,공동구매및공동판매)을구분해서정립할필요 가있다.둘째,협동조합의조합원에관한법적인규정이없지만,이용자,노동자,후원자등으로구분해명시 할필요가있다.셋째, 협동조합의목적사업에대한구체적인규정을시행령에위임근거규정을마련할필 요가있다.넷째,비슷한협동조합과유사한협동조합의설립을위한협동조합및사회적감독에대한구체적 인규정을마련할필요가있다. | - |
