- Abstract
- 본 연구는 디지털 불평등 해결을 위한 정부 지원 정책에 대해 국내 이민자의 인식 및 만족 수준을 파악하고, 이민자의 관점에서 디지털 불평등 해결을 위한 정책 수요를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 체류 외국인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 정부에서 추진하는 디지털 불평등 해소를 위한 지원 프로그램에 대한 이민자의 인식, 유용성 및 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 디지털 불평등 문제 해결을 위해 이민자는 관련 정책 홍보 및 지원 장소의 확대가 개선되어야 한다고 답하였으며, 디지털 관련 교육 및 접근강화 이전에 한국의 디지털 사회에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 프로그램의 필요성을 강조하였다. 또한 이민자는
