dc.description.abstractAs the demand for eco-friendliness and autonomy has increased across various industries, there has been a growing focus on the research and development of electric gear systems for power transmission systems. To reduce noise, design technologies, such as gear tooth shape optimization and stiffness enhancements, are being applied, leading to active research on achieving high efficiency and low noise in electrified gear systems. Noise in an electric gear system is a particular area of focus because its frequency characteristics make even small noises easily perceptible inside vehicles. Therefore, this study analyzes the transmitted load of an electric drivetrain and applies low-noise design technology through a parametric study of gears based on the key specifications of the vehicle. By analyzing the transmission error, this study identifies the main factors affecting gear noise, according to the vehicle specifications.-
