| dc.description.abstract | The new red-light emitters, quinoxaline derivatives, were synthesized and showed good thermal stabilities. The multi-layered light-emitting diodes exhibited the EL brightness was reached at 7253 cd/m(2) (7.78 V) for a device-I, and for a device-II, The EL brightness and efficiency were reached at 4239 cd/m(2) (8.6 V), 2.76 cd/A(4.27 V), respectively. | - |
