Abstract
High operational frequency of low voltage organic transistors is necessary for widening their range of applications. Here we present direct-written and printed organic transistors on flexible plastic substrates exhibiting operational frequency In excess of 1 MHz, along with a strategy for the reduction of operating voltage down to 10 V. © 2017 Proceedings of the International Display Workshops.
