dc.description.abstractResearchers at Gyeongsang National University in Korea used a shot-gun method to identify genes that enhance lycopene production in library clones constructed with Escherichia coli having genetically engineered chromosomal DNA to produce lycopene. Six clones with enhanced lycopene production were found.-
