| dc.description.abstract | 모듈러 건축은 스마트 건설방법 중 하나로 건설산업 혁신을 위한 필수적인 공법이 되고 있다. 모듈러 건축의 스마트 건설실현에 필요한 가장 기초적인 전제 조건 중 하나가 품질관리이며 이를 위해 3차원 스캐닝을 이용한 품질관리 방안에 대한 관심이 높다. 본 연구는 모듈러 건축 프로세스 단계별(공장제작, 운송, 현장시공) 주요 공사를 대상으로 IPA분석을 통해 3차원스캐닝을 이용한 모듈러 건축물의 품질관리에 대한 현황을 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 대부분의 항목에서 3차원 스캐닝 데이터 활용에 대한 필요성과 중요성이 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 일부 현장 적용성이낮은 항목들에 대해서는 추후 기술개발 및 적용성 개선이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 모듈러 건축 품질관리를 위한 첨단 시공 기술 적용에 대한 연구에 활용할 수 있다. | - |
