dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the strength design of gears assembled in a hydraulic auxiliary braking system, as wellas the surface pressure strength design and fabrication of the housing. The hydraulic auxiliary braking systemincludes a circuit within the housing for hydraulic fluid to move through components such as the rotatingpump, rotor, stator, and gears. The gears and housing must possess sufficient strength to safely enclose theinternal hydraulic circuit and ensure durability. Since all power is transmitted through a single gear, it musthave optimal strength, and there should be no pressure leakage through the gaps between the assembledhousings for proper performance. Therefore, this study aims to design the optimal gear strength and controlhousing gap surface pressure through analysis.-
