교육학과 기반의 장애인평생교육사 자격화제도 정착: 교육과정 관점

Abstract

본 연구는 대학 교육학과에서 장애인평생교육사가 양성될 수 있는 자격화제도가 정착화되는데 수반되어야 할 교육과정 관점을 마련하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 문헌분석과 전문가 회의로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 일차적으로 현행 교육학과 교육과정 기반과 통합하여 장애인평생교육 전문인력을 양성할 수 있는 1단계 자격 수준이 제시되었다. 다음으로, 현행의 교육학과 교육과정 기반을 심화시켜 장애인평생교육 전문인력을 양성할 수 있는 2단계 자격 수준이 제시되었다. 두 가지 측면의 연구 내용은 장애인평생교육의 주요 핵심역량이라고 할 수 있는 장애의 특수성이 담보되더라도 평생교육 전반과 교육 전반의 전문성이 구축된 교육학과 교육과정의 기반이 일차적으로 전제되지 않고서는 장애인평생교육 전문인력의 양성과 자격화 제도가 실행될 수 없다는 점을 강조하고 있다. 연구 결과, 교육학과 기반의 장애인평생교육사 양성 및 자격 개설이 현행의 시점에서 제도화 및 정착되어야 한다는 점이 분석되었다.

The purpose of this study is to establish the curriculum perspective that should be accompanied by the establishment of the qualification system that can train lifelong educators for the disabled in university education departments. The research method consisted of literature analysis and expert meetings. The contents of the study were firstly integrated with the current curriculum of education and the level of qualification for training lifelong education professionals for the disabled was presented. Next, the level of qualification for the training of lifelong education professionals for the disabled was presented by deepening the current educational curriculum. The two aspects of the study emphasize that even if the specificity of disability, which is the main core competency of lifelong education for the disabled, is secured, the training and qualification system of lifelong education professionals for the disabled can not be implemented without the foundation of the curriculum of education that has established the overall expertise of lifelong education and education. As a result, it was analyzed that the training and qualification of lifelong educators for the disabled based on the education department should be institutionalized and settled at the current point of time.
