dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to develop a production system capable of manufacturing a chevron plate of acertain shape to manufacture a plate heat exchanger that can withstand high temperatures and pressures. Thematerial used for molding was SUS 316 L with an initial thickness of 0.3 mm. A tensile test was performedusing a mechanical universal tensile tester with a 10-ton load cell capacity to secure the basic physical propertiesfor FE analysis, and the commercial solver Abaqus/Explicit 2020 was used for finite element analysis. Theeffective plastic strain and effective stress distribution were examined, and it was confirmed that they mainlyformed near the Shellbron pattern. The problem of the height of the chevron shape being nonuniform isadvantageous in preventing molding defects by fine correction of the square to produce a shape with a uniformchevron height.-
