중학생이 지각하는 부모의 양육 태도가 자살 위험성에 미치는 영향 : 사회적지지와 외모 만족도의 이중 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 중학생이 지각하는 부모의 양육 태도가 자살 위험성에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지와 외모 만족도의 이중 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 한국청소년정책연구원(National Youth Policy Institute: NYPI)에서 실시한 2021년 10대 청소년의 정신건강 실태조사에 참여한 중학생 1,945명이며, SPSS 27.0과 Hayes(2013)의 Macro Process(model 6)를 활용하여 관련 변인 간 상관분석 및 이중 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 중학생이 지각하는 부모의 양육 태도가 자살 위험성에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지와 외모 만족도는 유의미한 이중 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 중학생의 자살 위험성에 있어서 사회적지지 및 외모 만족도의 중요성과 학교사회복지의 활성화와 상담을 통한 개입 가능성을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the dual mediating effects of social support and satisfaction with appearance regarding the influence of middle school students’ perceived parental parenting attitude on the risk of suicide. The subjects of the study were 1,945 middle school students who participated in the 2021 survey on the mental health of teenagers conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute (National Youth Policy Institute: NYPI), and correlation analysis between related variables and dual mediation effects were verified using spss 27.0 and the Macro Process (model 6) of Hayes (2013) did. As a result of the analysis, it was found that social support and satisfaction with appearance had a significant dual mediating effect in the influence of middle school students’s perceived parental parenting attitude on suicide risk. These results suggest the importance of social support and appearance satisfaction in middle school students’ suicide risk and the possibility of intervention through activation and counseling of school social welfare.
