Abstract
본 실험은 ALS 저해 제초제인 penoxsulam에 대해 저항성인 GS28(R)이 세대가 거듭되어도 약제에 대한 저항성이 유지되며, 감수성인 HC121(S)과 발아율의 차이가 있는지를 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 선행 연구(2017년)에서 GS28은 다른 감수성 수집종들에 비하여 매우 높은 R/S ratio 값을 나타내었다. 본 실험에서도 GS28과 HC121의 4세대 유식물체는penoxulam에 대한 R/S ratio 값이 각각 78.1:1로 선행연구의 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였으며, GS28의 저항성은 세대가 거듭되어도 유지되는 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 GS28은 HC121에 비하여 휴면성이 매우 낮고 발아율이 현저하게 높았으므로, 그 종자가 포장에 유출되었을 때에는 ALS 저해 제초제에 대한 저항성 올챙이고랭이가 대발생 할 것으로 예상 되었다.
This experiment was conducted to determine whether Scirpus juncoides GS28 (R) biotype, which is resistant to the ALS-inhibiting herbicide penoxsulam, maintains resistance to the herbicide over generations and whether there is a difference in germination rate compared to HC121 (S) biotype, which is susceptible to penoxsulam. Previous research (2017) demonstrated that GS28 exhibited a considerably higher R/S ratio value than other susceptible biotype. In this experiment, the 4th generation seedlings of both GS28 and HC121 showed a similar tendency to previous studies, with R/S ratio values of 78.1:1 to penoxsulam, respectively, indicating that the resistance of GS28 persisted over generations. Additionally, GS28 showed low dormancy and a significantly higher germination rate compared to HC121, suggesting that the spread of ALS-inhibiting herbicide-resistant S. juncoides is expected when GS28 seeds are existed in the field.
