- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 자원봉사동기와 사회적 자본 간의 관계에서 자원봉사자의 역할정체성의 매개역할을 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 Baron과 Kenny의 매개회귀분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기지향 동기와 사회적 자본 간의 관계에서 전문적 학습활동 활용, 공적서비스에 대한 믿음, 자원봉사현장에 대한 소명감, 자율성은 완전매개역할을 수행하였다. 둘째, 자기지향동기와 사회적 자본 간의 관계에서 자체규제에 대한 믿음은 부분매개역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기지향 동기의 경우에, 자체규제에 대한 믿음을 제외하고는 총 효과에서 간접효과의 크기가 직접효과보다 약 2배정도 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 이론적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
