사용자 참여 디자인을 적용한 고등학교 학습공간 디자인 개발 연구

Abstract

고교학점제의 시행으로 과거의 교육과 다르게 교육의 내용이 다양한 방식으로 진행되고 있어 교육상황에 맞게 대응할 수 있는 공간이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 교육 변화에 대응하는 학교공간혁신사업에 사용자 참여 디자인을 적용하여 학습공간을 설계하는 디자인연구로 해당학교의 특성에 맞게 디자인을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 다양한 방식의 워크숍을 통해 사용자의 요구나 아이디어를 현장에 맞게 반영하여 설계 하였으며 TF팀과 협의회를 통해 홈베이스와 강의실을 디자인하였다. 홈베이스에는 개인지원, 소그룹지원, 휴게 등으로 분류하여 공간설계 방향을 설정하였다. 개인이 학습할 수 있는 공간, 소그룹이 모여 활동할 수 있는 소모둠 박스, 계단식 모임공간, 학습을 지원하는 서가, 소수가 모여 휴식을 취하는 테이블을 공간에 적용하였다. 강의실은 인원수를 반영하여 대인수 강의실과 일반강의실로 계획하였으며 전자칠판을 활용하여 입면이 정형화되지 않고 재료를 활용하여 디자인이 적용된 마감이 가능하였다. 본 연구에서 사용자 참여 디자인을 통해 홈베이스와 강의실 디자인 과정을 대상학교 특성에 맞게 디자인을 도출하였다. 사용자 참여 설계는 이용자의 사용 빈도와 만족도를 높일 수 있는 디자인 방법론 중 하나이다. 향후 학교공간혁신사업에서 사용자 참여 디자인의 방향을 수립하거나 개발할 때 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

With the implementation of high school score system, the contents of education have been processed in various methods, unlike the past education, that there is a demand for space to respond as appropriate to the education situation. The purpose of this study is to present the design appropriated to the characteristics of applicable school to design the learning space by applying the user participation design to the school space innovation project responding to the education change. Through the workshops of diverse ways, it is designed by reflecting the demand or idea of user appropriately, and through the consulting session with the TF team, the home base and lecture halls are designed. The home base was divided into personal support, small group support, and rest to set the direction of spatial design. The space applies the place for individuals to study, small boxes where small groups can gather to work together, terraced meeting space, bookshelves that support learning, and tables for a small number of people to gather and take a rest. The lecture rooms were planned as large and general lecture rooms in consideration of their capacity, and the electronic board was applied not to standardize the front, and also materials were used to finish it through design. Under this study, the design is formulated to fit into the characteristics of subject school for the home base and lecture hall design process through the user participation design. The user participation scheme is one of the design methodologies to enhance the frequency of use and level of satisfaction for users. In the future, it is expected to be facilitated as a reference data when the direction of user participating design is established or developed within the school space innovation project.
