국민연금이 노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 남녀차이를 중심으로

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 국민연금이 수급자의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 남녀차이를 중심으로 고찰하는 데 있다. 연구방법과 관련하여, 본 연구는 SPSS 21.0 및 STATA 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 성별에 따른 두 집단 간 제도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 차이를 분석하고자 한다. 첫째, 변수의 특성을 파악하기 위하여 7차 자료를 사용하여 빈도 및 기술통계분석, 교차분석, t-test를 실시하였다. 둘째, 국민연금 수급액과 생활만족도 간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 7~12차 자료를 사용한 패널회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 통제하더라도 국민연금은 노인의 생활만족도에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 남녀별로 구분해서 분석한 결과 국민연금 수급액은 오직 남성만이 통계적으로 유의미하다. 본 연구의 결과는 국민연금이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 남녀차이가 존재함을 증명한다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 국민연금 가입자의 확대가 노인의 생활만족도 상승으로 이어질 수 있으며, 국민연금에서 남성에 비해 불리한 여성을 위한 크레딧 제도 개발 등 성별 격차를 줄이는 유인책 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. | - |
