| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 지방 중소도시는 인구감소로 인해 도시구조에 급격한 변화가 있어 도시구조 특성과 전문가 설문 분석을 통해 지방 중소도시 도시발전 방안을 제시하였다. 도시구조 특성은 인구 50만 미만 5만 이상 전국 67개 시군을 대상으로 분석하였고 전문가 설문은 전국 도시계획 및 개발 전문가 109명을 대상으로 설문하였다. 연구결과 지방 중소도시 발전을 위해 도시정책 부문에서는 정부의 지역정책을 지방 중소도시 중심으로 전환하여 추진하고 이를 위한 지원체계 확립이 필요하다. 도시계획 부문에서는 지방 중소도시가 갖고 있는 특화된 환경을 발굴하여 도시 정체성을 확립하여야겠다. 도시기법 부문에서는 도심에 다양한 주거, 상업, 교육, 의료 등의 시설과 서비스를 혼합 배치하여 도심 기능을 강화하여야겠다. 도시사업 부문에서는 도시 기반시설개선 사업을 통해 도시전반에 걸친 기반시설을 확충하며 도시제도 부문에서는 대도시와 차별화된 지역개발 제도개선을 통하여 기업을 유인할 수 있는 체계를 갖추어야 한다. | - |
