dc.description.abstractIn this study, the 3D design of a brake pedal pad was performed by conducting 3D scanning and reverse engineering of flexible materials used in automotive components. This was done to assess the potential of additive manufacturing of flexible materials. A 3D model of the reverse-engineered pad was created using additive manufacturing with a Stereo Lithography Apparatus(SLA). The feasibility of the pad constructed from the flexible materials was confirmed by evaluating its assembly and dimensional properties.-
