There are a growing number of factors that can threaten the continuity of a port's functions, including cyberterrorism and drone-enabled terrorism. Therefore, the importance of port security, which is a means of maintaining the function of ports and increasing the stability of logistics businesses through physical and systematic access control to ports, is gradually increasing. In the current situation where the global demand for strengthening port security is increasing, it is necessary to develop a model to measure the security level of Korean ports. In this study, we developed a model to qualitatively measure the level of port security based on previous research on port security measurement and the U.S. Coast Guard's evaluation of overseas port security levels. In addition, we collected data through a survey and verified the validity of the model through confirmatory factor analysis. Based on these results, we provide practical implications for strengthening port security in Korea.-
