Abstract
Concurrency errors are known for their difficulty of debugging and reproducing prior to execution. Undetected concurrency errors could result in nondeterministic executions that deviate from the programmer’s intent and significantly undermining the reliability of the program. To prevent functional failure in airborne software, on-the-fly repairing of concurrency errors is crucial. This paper surveys the Health Management System for on-the fly repairing of concurrency errors in airborne software and motivates the future work in concurrent airborne software. © 2023 Copyright for this paper by its authors.
