Abstract
This study conducted an empirical investigation using a survey method targeting 303 people working in the aviation logistics industry and analyzed statistics in order to reveal the causal relationship between the characteristics of aviation logistics innovation using drones on innovation resistance and acceptance intention. According to the research results, among the innovation characteristics of drone-using air logistics, perceived ease of use and risk did not directly affect the intention to accept, but only influenced the intention to accept through the mediation of innovation resistance, showing a full mediation effect. perceived usefulness not only directly affects the acceptance intention, but also affects the acceptance intention through the mediation of innovation resistance, showing that there is a partial mediating effect.
