| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 단절 및 거절 도식과 자기개념 명확성, 진로신념, 진로적응성의 구조적 관계를 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 356명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 349건의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생의 단절 및 거절 도식, 자기개념 명확성, 진로신념, 진로적응성의 구조모형 적합도가 양호하게 나타나 변인 간 구조적 관계를 예측하기에 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로적응성에 대해 자기개념 명확성은 부적 영향을, 진로신념은 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 단절 및 거절 도식과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로신념의 완전매개효과를 확인하였으며, 자기개념 명확성과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로신념의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 위 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로적응성에 대하여 단절 및 거절 도식과 자기개념 명확성, 진로신념이 가지는 의미를 논의하였으며 진로상담 및 교육에 대한 시사점이 논의되었다. | - |
