dc.description.abstractDue to the lack of unified standards for installing electric wheelchair charging stations, the number of stations and their operating hours differ across local governments. Consequently, there are not enough charging stations operating 24/7 to adequately meet user needs. To address these issues, we propose optimization techniques for selecting location by exploiting outdoor public phone booths as charging stations, and applying density-based clustering analysis to determine the optimal locations. Furthermore, various factors influencing location selection were considered through scores predicting charging station demand. The results of our paper indicate that our proposed method improves the effectiveness of location selection for charging stations to better meet user demands.-
