| dc.description.abstract | 국제물품매매계약에 관한 UN협약(United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) 제86조는 매수인의 물품보관의무에 대해 규정하고 있다. 본 연구는 제86조의 법률적인 해석과 그 적용과 관련한 주요 쟁점 예를 들면, 물품 거절의사 표명 시기, 합리적인 보관 조치의 기준과 유형, 물품보관 기간, 물품보관의무 위반 효과와 입증책임 등에 대해 면밀히 고찰한다. 그리고 제86조가 적용된 사례를 분석해 실무적 유의점을 제시하여 본조에 대한 이해도를 높이고자 하였다. 이를 통해 무역실무자들의 제86조에 대한 이해를 증진하고 물품보관의무를 이행함에 있어 도움을 주는데 연구의 목적을 둔다. | - |
