인지된 환경불확실성하의 사회적 자본이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 국내 상장기업을 대상으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between perceived environmental uncertainty, social capital and performance of firm. And we also analyze the impacts of social capital under perceived environmental uncertainty on the performance of firm. As empirical results of analysis through structural equation modeling, there is a significant positive relationship between perceived environmental uncertainty and structural capital among the components of social capital. The social capitals have positive impacts on the improvement of performance of a firm such as customer, time and quality performance. These results show that forming and use of social capital as a strategy to overcome environmental uncertainty plays a major role in improving performance of firms.
