- Abstract
- 이 연구는 2022년 제8회 전국동시지방선거 결과 및 유권자들의 투표 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 대통령 선거 직후 치러진 지방선거인만큼 대통령 임기 초반의 국정지지율이 집권여당의 득표에 긍정적 요인으로 작용했다. 다만 대통령 국정지지율은 야당 지지자들이나 무당파층에게까지 의미있는 영향력을 행사하지는 못하고 집권 여당 지지자들에게 국한되었던 것으로 이 연구는 분석하고 있다. 양대정당으로 양분된, 역대 최고의 일괄투표 비율은 중앙정치의 영향력이 지방선거를 압도하고 있음을 확인하고 있다.
