| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 통계물리학의 스케일링 관계 분석을 이용하여, 국내 고등교육기관의 지역별 학령인구밀도에 따른 전공별 학과밀도 및 신입생 밀도의 관계를 정량적으로 보여주고 있다. 특히 학령인구밀도의 차이에 따른 학과밀도 및 신입생밀도의 차이 정도를 나타내는 스케일링 지수를 정의하여, 해당 지수의 시간적 변화에 따른 고등교육기관의 지역별 차이를 논의한다. 스케일링 관계 분석의 결과로 볼 때, 전문대학의 스케일링 지수가 대학교보다 높게 나타났다. 또한 기초자연과학, 교육, 의약 전공의 스케일링 지수가 다른 전공에 비해 작은 것을 관찰할 수 있다. 신입생밀도의 스케일링 지수는 모든 전공분야에서 시간이 지남에 따라 증가함을 보이는데, 이는 고등교육의 지역별 편차가 심화됨을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과는 지역사회와 공존하는 균형발전을 계획하는 보다 체계적인 연구로 확장될 수 있음을 제언한다. | - |
