- Abstract
- 영국 법률위원회는 워런티 관련 법률개혁과 관련하여 과거 주요한 비판대상이었던 워런티의 법적 특성을 수정하는데 초점을 맞추었고, 그 결과 IA 2015에서 법률개혁의 초점은 워런티위반의 효과에 관한 법률의 변화에 집중되었다. 따라서 이 논문은 IA 2015에 제시되어 있는 워런티 위반의 효과에 관한 법률개혁안의 법적 의미를 규명하고, 법리적·실무적인 관점에서 관련 법률의 변화가 초래하게 될 문제점 및 잠재적인 효과를 평가하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.
