Abstract
The design specifications and structure of the variable speed planetary gear reduction system were explained, andthe stress at the tooth root of the system was calculated and compared with the analysis results using the FMstructural analysis program. The structural safety of the transmission gear of the variable speed planetary gearreduction device was verified by comparing it with the allowable bending stress of the material. Use the mean stress distribution of the von Mises force at the gear tooth root. A comparison of the allowablebending stress of the material and the structural analysis result confirmed that the transmission gear of thevariable speed planetary gear reduction system was structurally safe.
