아산-천안지역 개발사업 토지이용계획이 인구 및 산업구조 변화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 개발사업의 토지이용계획이 아산시와 천안시의 인구증가와 산업구조 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 산업체 종사자 증가와 발전에도 인구 이동의 중력모델 이론 효과가 나타났다. 개발사업의 영향으로 생산형 도시인 아산시는 제2차 산업의 종사자 비율이 더 크게 증가하였고 소비형 도시인 천안시는 제3차 산업의 종사자 비율이 더욱 확대되어 산업체 종사자 증가와 발전에도 인구 이동 중력모델 이론 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 생산형 도시에서는 주거용지 공급이 서비스업 종사자 증가에 영향을 미치고, 소비형 도시에서는 상업용지 공급이 서비스업 종사자 증가에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 산업용지의 공급은 제조업 종사자뿐만 아니라 서비스업 종사자 증가에도 기여했다. 산업용지의 공급은 아산시와 천안시 모두 도시전체 인구증가에 기여했으며 제조업 종사자 증가에도 영향을 미쳤다. 새로운 도시를 개발함에 있어서 도시의 컨셉을 설정하거나 기존 도시의 특정 산업분야를 발전시키고자 할 때 본 연구결과에서 도출된 토지이용계획 항목과 인구 증가 및 산업구조 변화와의 인과관계는 경제활동과 정주환경의 조화로운 발전을 위한 도시모델 설계에 활용이 가능하다. | - |
