| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 초·중등학교 교사의 교수(teaching) 활동에 초점을 맞춘 AI·디지털 공통역량에 관한 조작적 정의 및 하위역량 개발에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석을 통하여 AI·디지털 역량과 관련한 핵심적 요소를 도출하고, 40명의 전문가 집단으로 구성된 델파이(Delphi) 조사를 수행하여 교사의 교수 활동 관련 AI·디지털 공통역량 및 하위역량을 도출하였다. 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사 결과를 종합하여 최종 도출된 AI·디지털 공통역량은 ① AI·디지털의 이해, ② AI·디지털의 교육적 활용, ③ AI·디지털 활용 전문성 개발, ④ AI·디지털의 윤리적 활용 등 네 가지이며, 하위역량은 18가지이다. 본 연구는 도출된 공통·하위역량의 실천적·학술적 측면에서의 의미와 의의, 한계와 함께 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. | - |
