국가무형문화재 무용 분야 종목 지정 조사지표의 구성과 변화 양상

| dc.description.abstract | 국가무형문화재 무용 분야는 근 30년간 새로운 문화재 지정을 못 이루고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 문화재청의 무형문화유산 발굴육성 계획에 발맞추어 무용 분야의 신규 종목 지정이 적극적으로 검토되어야 하며 이를 위해 종목 지정 조사지표의 구성과 변화 양상에 기초한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국가무형문화재 종목 지정 절차에 대해 먼저 알아보고 지정을 위한 조사지표가 어떤 항목들로 구성되어 있었으며, 어떠한 방향성을 가지고 변화되어 왔는지 살펴보았다. 국가무형문화재 지정 및 보유자 인정 등의 조사·심의에 관한 규정에 나와 있는 종목 지정 조사지표에 한정하였다. 분석 결과, 종목 지정 조사지표는 첫째 전반적으로 간소화되는 방향으로 변화되었고, 둘째, 역사성은 가장 중요시되는 영역이며 예술성에서 학술성으로 비중이 늘어가며 셋째, 관련 공동체의 문화정체성과 창조성 등의 사회문화적 가치 및 지속가능성을 확대해 나가는 방향으로 변해왔다. 이를 통해 국가무형문화재 조사지표 또한 유네스코 협약에서 제시하고 있는 무형문화유산의 개념을 점진적으로 수용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. | - |
